Established in 2011, Pasta Remoli was the result of Chef Simone Remoli’s desire to bring the authentic taste of his Roman origins to London. After working in numerous esteemed restaurants in London, he observed the absence of quality pasta dishes available in even the most expensive of establishments. More than a decade ago, together with his partner Francesca, they opened their first kiosk, and due to its incredible popularity, soon opened a restaurant. Now in 2023, Pasta Remoli is five restaurants strong, has its own production kitchen and a grab-and-go outlet in the famous St Pancras Station.
